Senior Recruiter

Join Inkitt, a fast-growing startup in the AI x Entertainment space, as a Senior Recruiter. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape job descriptions, and build strategic hiring plans. You will own the full cycle of recruiting across various functions, lead offer conversations and negotiations, and create an engaging candidate experience. You will also work with the People Team to strengthen interview processes and help build our employer brand.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, shape job descriptions, and build a strategic hiring plan for each search.
• Source proactively and creatively to reach passive candidates in industries outside traditional tech, including entertainment, publishing, and media.
• Own full cycle recruiting across creative, production, growth, marketing, operations, and finance roles, from intake through offer and close.

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least some of it at a high growth startup
• Proven success hiring across a wide mix of functions, from creative and content to operations and finance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both candidates and leadership
• Commitment to an in person work culture; you prefer an onsite or hybrid work model
• Comfort managing many searches at once and prioritizing well when everything feels urgent
• A scrappy, startup mindset; you thrive in a fast paced environment and welcome new challenges
• Experience with Lever is a plus
• An enthusiastic, positive approach to recruiting and a knack for #movefast without missing deadlines
• Strong judgment in assessing talent for roles outside your own area of expertise
• Experience recruiting for creative, content, or entertainment roles is a strong plus
