• Lead a pod of recruiters, manage your own requisition load for quota-carrying GTM roles, and own hiring for a major segment of the sales organization.
• Coach and mentor your team, conduct performance reviews, and set high standards for quality, speed, partnership, and candidate experience.
• Utilize data to drive decision-making, own reporting and forecasting, and be the source of truth for your pod's pipeline.

• Trusted partner to sales leaders and cross-functional partners who runs a flawless hiring process today while planning for what's next
• Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong GTM network (bonus for New England) and a track record building talent communities or events that generate pipeline
• Deep track record hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS, including high-complexity searches
• Strong data fluency, complex negotiation and pre-IPO equity expertise, and flawless ATS hygiene
