Senior HR Business Partner

Join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner, where you'll be the HR partner for our R&D leaders and the international employment expert for the UK and APAC. This is a foundational hire for our London entity buildout, and you'll work alongside a London-based Generalist and outside UK counsel. Your responsibilities will include advising on international employee relations and organizational changes, building our UK employment infrastructure, managing our Employer of Record relationships, and tracking regulatory changes. You'll also own performance, compensation cycles, promotions, and leveling for the pod, and build repeatable country playbooks. • Detail-oriented enough to catch a contract or comp error before it ships, and strategic enough to know when to escalate
• Extremely collaborative, working closely with a US- and London-based team
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including employee relations, with meaningful UK and/or international exposure
• Comfort working independently across time zones, with early UK-hours overlap and occasional UK travel
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and familiarity with EOR models and their limitations
• Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent hands-on HR experience
• Experience supporting a company through a legal entity launch
• Exposure to APAC or EMEA employment law beyond the UK
• Experience partnering with engineering or R&D teams in a high-growth SaaS company
