Senior Account Manager

Join our team as a Senior Account Manager, where you'll be responsible for owning and growing our CPG and Grocery client portfolio. This role goes beyond renewals, as you'll actively identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. You'll work directly with client stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and have direct accountability for net revenue retention. • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes des clients et utiliser ces succès comme levier pour l'expansion.

• Sharp written and verbal communication. You listen well enough to catch what a client didn't say
• A track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them. If you've carried an expansion or upsell number, we want to hear the specifics
• A self-starter who doesn't need to be told to chase whitespace
• Strong analytical instincts. You should be able to look at category or share data and immediately see the story and the pitch inside it
• 6+ years in account management or client-facing roles at a data, SaaS, or research company, ideally with CPG, Grocery, Retail or Restaurant clients. Bonus points for Commerce Media experience
• Comfort selling to and negotiating with senior stakeholders (VP and above) inside large organizations
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
