CRO Strategy & Execution Assistant to Americas Chief Risk Officer

Join Deutsche Bank as a CRO Strategy & Execution Assistant to the Americas Chief Risk Officer. In this role, you will support the CRO in executing his responsibilities through strategic coordination, executive support, and effective stakeholder management. You will engage with senior leadership, manage executive communications, and drive the adoption of artificial intelligence across the division. Strong project management skills, relationship building, and experience with AI are essential.

• Coordination of executive-level governance activities, preparation of materials for Board and senior management forums.
• Management of strategic communications and ensuring the CRO is effectively prepared for critical engagements.
• Support the delivery of key strategic and regulatory initiatives through effective stakeholder management and oversight of high-priority programs.

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
• Experience in project management and/or managing critical deliverables against tight timelines
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Deutsche Bank Organizational knowledge and/or a background in Risk is a plus
• Experienced with AI including practical usages (e.g. prompting)
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• A high degree of personal initiative and flexibility
• A solid understanding of one or multiple risk disciplines
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to solve complex problems, develop innovative and structured solutions
• Excellent client and service focus, as well as absolute confidence in working with decision-makers from all levels of the organization
