FP&A Senior Analyst (EverPro)

Join our finance team as a Senior Analyst, where you will support our home and field services software vertical. You will be responsible for the annual budget, long-range plan, and recurring forecasts, as well as providing financial insights and supporting strategic financial modeling. • Support the home and field services software vertical by providing financial insights and strategic financial modeling.
• Own the annual budget, long-range plan, and recurring forecasts across revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses for a specific vertical.
• Track actuals vs. budget/forecast/prior year, identify key drivers of variance, and provide actionable insights to vertical leadership.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A background, analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and operate with a high level of autonomy
• You are the right candidate if you are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with shifting demands and can effectively prioritize asks of stakeholders
• You are willing and able to dive into the details but can balance the ability to summarize and communicate with senior leadership at a higher level
• You take full ownership of your work and that of your team, deliver a high level of accuracy in your deliverables, and self-correct when necessary to get back on track
• Proficiency in finance software and tools. Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, with OneStream proficiency as a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with senior finance executives
• Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus
• Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities and deliver enhanced efficiency and accuracy
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience relevant to FP&A responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset to deliver timely, high-quality deliverables to senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
