Director of Sales Development & Training

Join Ethos, a leading insurance technology company, as the Director of Sales Development & Training. In this role, you will architect the development system for the next generation of Insurance Sales Agents, partner with sales leaders to develop training and coaching strategies, and drive improvement across the entire Direct to Consumer sales organization. You will own the sales scripts, build AI tools for real-time assistance, run structured pilots and A/B tests, and develop onboarding and coaching programs for agents and managers. Success in this role will have a measurable impact on conversion rates, agent performance, and overall sales growth.

• Architect the development system for the next generation of Insurance Sales Agents, partnering with sales leaders to develop training, coaching, and script strategy.
• Own the scripts and work with sales leaders and product to develop, evolve, and improve sales scripts across every vertical, treating the script like a product.
• Build the onboarding curriculum and ramp process for new agents across all verticals, and own remedial training for underperforming reps.

• You've built or scaled a sales training/enablement function before, ideally inside a high-velocity, script-driven, or regulated sales environment
