Senior Product Marketing Manager

Join our team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where you'll build positioning and messaging from scratch for products and features, set clear tradeoffs and differentiation, and own the go-to-market strategy and execution for complex launches. You'll manage cross-functional stakeholders, define success metrics, and drive alignment at the PM, Brand, and leadership level. • Construire le positionnement et le message des produits, des fonctionnalités ou des catégories qui n'en ont pas encore, avec un minimum de directives.
• Définir et posséder la stratégie de mise sur le marché (GTM) et l'exécution pour des lancements complexes, avec l'objectif d'augmenter la rétention et la croissance des membres.
• Gérer les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles et les délais depuis le lancement jusqu'à la rétroaction, en veillant à ce que les informations du marché, de la concurrence et des membres influencent réellement les décisions.

• 5+ years in product marketing or similar function, with extensive experience in DTC and real ownership of GTM strategy for at least one major product area
• Strong measurement instincts: you define success metrics before launch and hold yourself to them after
• Partnership or co-marketing experience: you've represented your company externally, not just internally
• Direct, clear communicator who drives cross-functional alignment at the PM/Brand/VP level without formal authority
• Experience in health, wellness, or another high-trust consumer category is a plus
• Experience building positioning and launch strategy from zero, ideally for a new product, category, or major relaunch
• AI-native mindset: you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as a genuine force multiplier in all that you do
