Senior Analyst (Investor Relations)

• Provide research, financial analysis, and operational support for the Investor Relations team.
• Own and maintain company materials used in investor conversations and capital raises, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and capital markets activity, summarizing key insights for the Investor Relations team.

• Are comfortable working with senior leaders and maintaining professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders
• Have strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
• Understand core financial concepts and can read, summarize, and evaluate financial statements
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously
• Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are willing to take on both analytical and operational responsibilities as needed
• Enjoy conducting research, preparing presentations, and creating materials for executive audiences
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from a variety of sources
• Are proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other business productivity tools, and go beyond basic use of AI tools to build skills, workflows, and processes in AI that streamline how the team operates
• Have 2+ years of professional experience in a business, finance, communications, operations, executive support, investor relations, or other analytical environment
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about investor relations, capital markets, and the AI industry
