Global Legal Financial Ops Specialist

Join Mondelez International as a Global Legal Financial Ops Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial operational processes for Corporate and Legal Affairs, including legal invoice processing, reporting, and implementing improvements. You will interact with various departments and outside counsel law firms, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and managing the onboarding process for new law firms and vendors. Strong analytical skills, previous finance or legal operations experience, and advanced Excel skills are required.

• Previous finance or legal operations experience
• Experience with electronic billing and matter management
• Should have experience working with vendors, budgets and effectively manage a project from its initiation to delivery
• Advanced Excel skills (i.e., Formulas, Pivot Charts, Pivot Tables, Formatting, etc.)
• Demonstrated leadership and project management in cross-functional projects
• Demonstrate integrity to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Possess deep understanding of accounting principles and ensuring compliance with legal billing guidelines
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree required with a focus in Business, finance organizational management or another applicable area preferred
• Must have strong client service orientation and demonstrated high level of customer focus and initiative
