Product Finance Manager

Join Silvus Technologies as a Product Finance Manager, where you will act as a business partner to the Product Management leadership team. You will provide finance support for new product integrations, conduct financial analysis, and lead the forecast process for new product lines. This position is based in West Los Angeles, CA, and offers a hybrid work schedule.

• Act as a business partner to the Product Management leadership team, providing finance support for new product integrations and conducting financial analysis.
• Lead the forecast process for new product lines, producing order unit, revenue, and cost forecasts to support the Commit View and Long Range Planning.
• Drive process efficiency by fostering collaboration between Finance, Product, R&D, and Operations; standardize the framework for planning and analyzing the business.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel with familiarity in building complex financial models and manipulating large datasets
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a highly related field
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
• Minimum of 8 years of total experience in public accounting, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup or well-established company, with specific experience supporting product finance and new product integrations
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
• Lift equipment up to 20 lbs. for the set-up of demonstrations and testing

• Leadership: 2+ years of supervisory, people management, or function management experience in managing multi-site teams and/or operations
• Prior exposure to and experience with Oracle, NetSuite, Oracle Smart Views, and/or other accounting/ERP systems
• Proficiency with Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Ghant Charts, or a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to exercise good judgment, flexibility, and comfort working under time constraints with multiple operating constituents
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with a formidable attention to detail
