Client Success Manager

Join Nexxen as a Client Success Manager, where you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertiser relationships. You'll drive satisfaction, retention, and growth through expert campaign management, strategic consulting, and deep technical fluency across Nexxen's full product suite. This role involves end-to-end campaign delivery, managing the full PMP deal lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to troubleshoot campaign and deal performance.

• 2+ years in a client-facing account management or operations role within a DSP, SSP, media agency, or publisher
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ad servers, brand safety, and verification platforms
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable narratives
• Experience with PMP deal management, SSP platforms, and programmatic deal troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, large datasets) and PowerPoint
• Highly organized with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record managing programmatic campaigns across CTV, online video, and/or display
