• Gérer et développer les relations avec les comptes d'entreprise, en se concentrant sur le renouvellement des abonnements et l'expansion des produits.
• Coordonner avec l'équipe produit d'Octus pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des produits et de la plateforme.
• Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance et l'utilisation des produits sur les comptes pour déterminer la stratégie de gestion des relations appropriée.

• Strong ability to build relationships and business partnerships to meet and exceed net retention targets
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
• Experience with Salesforce
• Proven success in hitting quota and retention targets
• 8+ years of experience in account management or strategic account management selling subscription-based solutions to the buy side, sell side, or law firms
• Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly; ability to keep on top of all requirements with multiple ongoing workstreams
