Customer Success Manager (North America)

Join PERSUIT as a Customer Success Manager for North America. In this role, you will partner with in-house legal teams to transform their approach to selecting and managing outside counsel and controlling legal spend. You will own a portfolio of enterprise clients, act as a strategic advisor, and drive adoption through training and change management. • Bring 2–4+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, consulting, or legal operations, with a track record of managing client relationships or portfolios
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and comfortable leading high-stakes conversations
• Familiarity with legal pricing, law firm sourcing, or corporate legal departments
• Experience in legal operations, legal technology, fintech, or professional services
