Manager of Global Billing Operations

Join Recorded Future as the Manager of Global Billing Operations. In this role, you will lead and scale our billing processes across a global customer base, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation, managing the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, and overseeing collections. You will partner closely with various departments to ensure billing processes are scalable, audit-ready, and aligned with business growth. Additionally, you will lead a high-performing Global Billing Operations team and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Experience operating in a high-growth, complex deal environment
• 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Strong Order to Cash experience
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of billing processes, invoicing structures, and collections workflows
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Exposure to Government portal WAAF, including tax and multi-entity environments
• Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and third-party invoicing tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition considerations
