Job Description

Join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting forecasting, pipeline reporting, deal desk, sales compensation, and Salesforce data quality. This high-visibility position offers real growth opportunities and the chance to make a significant impact on our business. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and leadership, ensuring clean data, reliable reporting, and fast, accurate answers that drive better decision-making.

  • Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, deal desk, sales compensation, and Salesforce data quality.
  • Build and maintain reporting, create and own Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales cycle length, renewals, and retention.
  • Turn data into insight, answer ad hoc questions from Sales and leadership, dig into trends and anomalies, and turn findings into clear, concise recommendations.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including building reports and dashboards, working with opportunity data and understanding how objects and fields fit together
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables and building clean, reusable models
  • Experience in GovTech, defense or public-sector software, including familiarity with federal contract vehicles and government fiscal cycles
  • Comfort working with Sales, Finance and Customer Success teams, and handling multiple requests with competing deadlines
  • Curiosity and a builder mindset: you ask why the numbers look the way they do, and you look for ways to make the process better
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, FP&A or a similar analytical role, ideally at a B2B software company
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing company, and an appetite to learn and take on more ownership over time
  • Working knowledge of SQL or a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
  • Experience with DealHub or another CPQ tool, and with quote-to-cash workflows
  • Exposure to sales compensation administration
  • Salesforce Administrator certification(s) (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, and/or Sales Cloud Consultant a plus)
