Community Relations Associate (Entry-Level Sales) - Senior Living Community

OPEN POSITION

Community Relations Associate SCHEDULE: - Full-Time - 40 Hours per Week - Occasional Weekends and Evenings - Flexibility Offered COMPENSATION: - $70,000 to $75,000 Base Salary, dependent on experience - Monthly Commission - Additional Performance-Based Bonuses - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - 401k LOCATION: Kensington, Maryland COMPANY PROFILE: Founded in 2010, this organization currently operates eight (8) senior living communities across four (4) states.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Community Relations Associate (CRA) supports the Community Relations Director and helps drive occupancy and community growth. This position coordinates administrative efforts and actively contributes to sales, marketing, and outreach initiatives. The CRA serves as a key point of contact for prospective residents, families, and referral partners, helping to create a warm, welcoming first impression and fostering meaningful relationships.

Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - meet and greet prospective residents, families, and visitors - ensure timely phone and electronic communication - schedule and conduct community tours - prepare customized tour materials as needed - maintain accurate lead activity notes, occupancy / suite inventory reports, and forecasts - ensure information is accurate in the management system - assist with community events, open houses, and marketing activities - coordinate move-in preparation between all departments - help ensure seamless hand-offs between sales and operations teams - assist in welcoming new residents and families - support and participate in development of quarterly sales and marketing plans This role is instrumental in supporting lead generation, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing the overall reputation and visibility of the community.
