The work
Comprehensive restorative dentistry, crown and bridge and full-mouth rehabilitation
Surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration, and bone grafting
Clear aligners, veneers and cosmetic dentistry
Sedation dentistry, Botox and facial esthetics, and periodontal procedures
Real clinical autonomy, with mentorship for dentists who want to grow in implants, surgery, sedation and treatment planning

Schedule
Full-time. No evenings, no weekends and no major holidays.
What you need
DDS or DMD; experienced general dentists and exceptional residency-trained graduates welcome
An Oklahoma dental license, or the ability to obtain one
Clinical confidence, interest in comprehensive dentistry and an entrepreneurial, team-first mindset
Interest in future ownership and long-term leadership in the practice
Compensation
28%–30% of adjusted production
$650–$750 daily guarantee for 3–6 months
Expected first-year earnings of $220,000+, and $360,000+ as a mature provider
Signing bonus and full relocation assistance
