Job Description
General Dentist, Partner Track: Aubrey, Texas (North DFW)
Aubrey, TX (minutes from Frisco, Prosper, Denton and Celina) | Full-Time, Mon–Fri 7:45–5 | Equity Available | Up to $50,000 Commitment Bonus
Don't just join a practice. Help build one you can own. A dentist-led private group wants a strong full-time general dentist for its Aubrey office, and it's really looking for a partner. The current lead dentist is stepping down to about one day a week, so you become the primary clinician, take over an existing, producing patient base and grow it. The founder wants a successor, not a two-year placeholder.
Two ways in
Incoming primary dentist:
a full-time chair, an established book, productive hygiene and 50+ new patients a month, plus the commitment bonus.
Partner / successor:
equity ownership is on the table. Start in the chair; structure and timing are discussed with doctors who fit clinically and want to stay.
The work
Comprehensive general dentistry: endo, Invisalign, surgical extractions, implant restorations, crown and bridge and comprehensive restorative
Same-day treatment when appropriate
CBCT and an experienced team already in place if you want to expand surgery, endo, implants or aligners
The practice
50+ new patients per month and current collections of about $50,000–$60,000 per month
You're the primary provider, not splitting the book with a full-time owner next door
2 dental assistants and 1 strong, productive hygienist
CBCT in office and a PPO/fee-for-service base
Group operations and RCM behind the scenes, with private-practice autonomy in the chair
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, a full clinical week so you can take the book and grow it.
What you need
1+ years of clinical experience, or a very strong new grad who wants a full book and a long runway
A Texas dental license, or the ability to obtain one
A taste for comprehensive dentistry and comfort being the face of a small, busy office
Entrepreneurial interest in production, new patients and the P&L
Willingness to commit three or five years, and openness to partnership
Compensation
Commitment bonus of up to $30,000 for three years or up to $50,000 for five years, paid per the employment/partnership agreement (final amount and schedule set with the offer)
$700–$800 daily guarantee for the first 90 days, then collections-based pay
Equity and practice-level partnership for the doctor who wants to own; split and partnership economics reviewed with qualified candidates
Why Aubrey
It's in one of North Texas's fastest-growing residential corridors, as families move into Prosper, Frisco, Little Elm, Celina, Cross Roads, Pilot Point, Denton and north McKinney. The practice sits in the growth, not a saturated inner-ring suburb.
How to be considered
Apply with your CV and say whether you're thinking about a 3-year or 5-year commitment, and whether you want to talk partnership now or after you've seen the numbers. Qualified doctors are contacted directly.
This is a confidential search. The practice name is shared after a brief screen, so please do not contact the practice directly.
