A ready-made schedule in a primarily fee-for-service practice is open now. A respected, long-established private group practice in Leesburg is looking for an experienced associate to take over the productive, well-supported schedule left by a valued long-term associate who departed June 30. You'll inherit active patient demand, a loyal patient base and a four-hygienist program.

Primarily fee-for-service; Delta Dental is the only plan accepted

Schedule
Wednesday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Thursday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with flexibility to add 1–3 more days a month if you'd like.
What you need
DDS or DMD with at least 3 years of experience
A Virginia dental license, or the ability to obtain one
A collaborative, relationship-focused approach to comprehensive care
Compensation
A competitive tiered model starting at 30% of collections, with strong earning potential from a primarily fee-for-service patient base.
