This isn't a high-volume, insurance-driven hygiene mill. The practice is known for comprehensive, cosmetic, relationship-based dentistry, and its patients value their care and invest in it.
The work
Adult and pediatric prophylaxis, scaling and root planing and periodontal maintenance
Comprehensive periodontal and oral health assessments, plus diagnostic radiographs
Patient education on preventive care and home care
Identifying restorative and periodontal needs and collaborating with the doctor on comprehensive treatment plans
Accurate clinical documentation and OSHA, HIPAA and infection-control protocols
Time to educate patients, build trust and form long-term relationships, without a rushed schedule

Established fee-for-service patient base that chose the practice for personalized, high-quality dentistry
Patients routinely pursue comprehensive restorative and cosmetic treatment
An experienced Partner Dentist and a tenured team that has worked together for years
A polished, professional, patient-centered environment
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Thursday. Fridays and weekends off.
What you need
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
An active South Carolina dental hygiene license, or eligibility to obtain one
Current CPR/BLS, or the ability to obtain it
Preferred: prior hygiene experience, fee-for-service or comprehensive practice experience, strong patient education skills and digital charting experience
Compensation
Competitive guaranteed pay
Plus commission/performance-based earnings, so you can earn beyond a traditional fixed hourly model
$5,000 retention bonus, paid over time
