徵：居家照顧服務員【符合照服員就業獎勵】至個案家中提供居家照顧服務，包括日常照顧、沐浴更衣、備餐及協助用餐、陪伴關懷及陪同外出等，依核定照顧計畫與實際派案內容執行。(工作區域:小港區、前鎮區、旗津區，依個案所在地提供到宅服務。)
