As an Investment Relations & Fundraising Manager, you will: Develop and execute fundraising initiatives to attract new investors across Belgium and Luxembourg. Identify, qualify and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and other private investors.

Create and maintain a targeted prospect pipeline, defining market priorities and developing effective outreach strategies. Present private equity investment opportunities to prospective investors and clearly articulate the investment rationale. Lead investor meetings, networking events and fundraising discussions.

Build trust-based, long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors. Act as a key ambassador for the firm's investment solutions and market positioning. Work closely with the investment team to gain a deep understanding of underlying funds, portfolio construction and investment strategies.

Monitor fundraising activity, investor feedback and market developments to support future growth initiatives. Contribute to the firm's expansion by identifying new opportunities within the private wealth ecosystem. The successful Investment Relations & Fundraising Manager has the following profile :

About 5 years of experience within private banking, wealth management, investor relations, fundraising, private markets or a related investment environment. Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investments. Previous exposure to fundraising, capital raising or investor acquisition activities is highly desirable.

Ability to confidently engage with sophisticated investors and explain complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, credibility and executive presence. Able to build conviction and establish trust with experienced investors.

Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working within a growing business. Fluent Dutch, French and English is strongly preferred.
