Event Coordinator - Brussels

As Meetings & Event Coordinator, you will ensure successful planning and execution of meetings and events. Coordinate and support delivery of meetings, conferences and events from planning to execution. Prepare and set up meeting rooms and event spaces.

Coordinate guest services, catering, transportation and other event-related logistics. Manage meetings and events calendar and contribute to post-event reporting and follow-up. Support in general office management.

First experience in events, hospitality, office management or administration is a plus (internships included). Fluent in Dutch, French and English . Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Service-oriented mindset and professional communication skills. Proactive, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
