We are actively looking for experienced office workers! ◎ 20minutes by bus from MINAMI WOODY TOWN St. 施設への入退館管理 来訪者の身分証チェック 入館証の管理 施設内の巡回 お客様のエスコート 金属探知機を用いた手荷物検査・身体検査 海外チームとの連携（英語によるメール、チャット、テレビ会議など 国内・海外からの顧客・来客の管理、セキュリティチェック 連絡や報告書の作成（英語と日本語の両方で対応）等の事務作業 Access control to the facility Visitor ID check Control of entrance passes Patrol of the facility Escorting guests Baggage and body searches using metal detectors Liaison with overseas teams (e-mail, chat, video conferencing, etc. in English) Management of domestic and international clients and visitors, security checks Administrative work such as communication and report writing (both in English and Japanese) 未経験大歓迎！
