仕事内容 アニコムグループの管理部門おいて各種業務に従事いただきます。 ＜想定される部署＞一例 ・経営企画部…総合的経営計画の策定、M＆Ａ業務、ＩＲ業務等 ・グループ経営戦略及びグループコーポレートガバナンス方針の企画・立案 ・取締役会及び経営会議等の運営 ・各事業部及びグループ子会社の予実管理 ・新規事業の企画 ・経理部…財務諸表作成、予実管理、監査法人対応等 ・コンプライアンス推進部…各種契約書審査、募集コンプライアンス業務、不祥事件対応等 ・財務部…財務戦略の策定、資産運用業務等 ・内部監査室…内部監査方針策定、部門監査業務等 ※将来的なジョブローテーションがございます。 必須要件 管理部門経験2年以上
