1.日常收支的帳務處理，如記帳、分類、核對。
2.定期對帳與結算及應收應付款項追蹤管理，細心，有責任感。
3.定期清點庫存數量，利用系統或表格更新紀錄。
4.協助發票開立作業。
5.電話接聽及其交辦事項。
