1.內場餐點製作、烹調及出餐作業。
2.食材清洗、分切及各項備料工作。
3.餐具清洗、整理及內外場環境清潔維護。
4.顧客接待、帶位、點餐及餐飲服務工作。
5.送餐、收桌及桌面整理等外場服務作業。
6.飲品調製、煮茶及甜點（布丁）製作。
7.配合門市營運需求及完成主管交辦事項。
