Job Description

中廚廚師：
1.準備食材並烹調菜餚。
2.掌控菜餚的擺盤與出菜順序。
3.進行廚房內的衛生管理工作。
4.確保食品均符合衛生管理的規定。
5.維持與確保冷凍庫及其他區域的衛生及清潔標準。
6.庫存管理。
