1.訪視社區獨居老人、身心障礙者及弱勢個案等，依限完成訪視紀錄並填報系統。
2.個案管理及資源轉介連結。
3.業務相關行政作業。
4.必要時支援送餐或送物資。
5.其他交辦事項。
