1.推展老人到宅服務方案，招募組訓義工，服務失能、失依、失智及人瑞長輩。
2.結合本鄉本土愛心，照顧本鄉本土長輩，凝聚社會資源。
3.站務行政管理。
4.服務性活動辦理。
