訂單與出貨管理：處理報價單、建立訂單、製作出貨單與安排物流追蹤。客戶與廠商聯繫：回覆客戶產品疑問、確認交期，以及向廠商詢價。資料與數據維護：更新客戶基本資料、整理每日銷售數據與製作業績報表。
