1.具自助餐廚房中熱或西熱實務工作經驗五年以上者。
2.各類食材前置備及菜餚烹飪。
3.能使用中式炮爐並可獨立作業。
4.注重食品安全衛生及維持與確保廚房各區域的衛生清潔。
5.具備中餐或西餐丙級以上技術士證照及有效期限廚師證。
6.需協助盤點叫貨等作業
7.其他主管交辦事項
