Job Description

1.生產現場產品取樣測試水分及微生物試驗並巡檢檢驗確認。
2.製程中品質異常狀況通知、反應、處理並且追蹤改善措施的成效。
3.食品安全品質管理系統及5S維持。
4.負責產線製程品管、執行ISO/HACCP/kosher/Halal認證等相關文件表單、成品檢驗。
5.負責進料驗收、取樣、相關報表歸檔。
6.完成主管其他交辦事項。
