1. 設計撰寫教學計畫，實施多元教學活動，鼓勵幼兒積極參與與探索學習。
2. 佈置教學環境，確保空間安全且符合幼兒學習需求，提升學習效果與興趣。
3. 輔導幼兒身心發展，觀察記錄個別成長並提供適性引導與支持。
4.與家長建立良好互動，支持幼兒全面健康發展。
