Job Description

1. 鵪鶉蛋原料到包裝成品，全流程的出廠前品質檢驗。
2. ISO 品管（保）系統進行文件處理與稽核配合。
3. 執行 GHP、HACCP 等食品安全與衛生管理制度。
4. 探詢品質異常，追蹤問題根源，並提出改善方案與報告。
5. 操作並維護檢驗室儀器。
6. 品質管理相關其他任務以及主管交辦的事項。
