1.良好溝通協調能力，耐心、細心、抗壓性佳
2.時間管理能力強，應變能力佳，具團隊合作意識
3.學習發酵技術,熟悉各項閥組與水和均質等加工能力
4.包裝旋蓋充填等候段裝機台之拆解與運作
5. 外部稽核檢查協助
6.執行主管交辦事項
7.需輪班
