1. 原物料檢驗。
2. 生產製程檢驗。
3. 製程線上抽樣。
4. 異常處理。
5. 添加物配料。
其他說明：
1. 整年度見紅休(除春節需要因應生乳進廠，出勤1~2天外，其餘時間視訂單而定。
2. 春節需要因應生乳進廠，出勤1~2天。
3. 視公司盈餘發放給員工額外獎金。
4. 部分區域為無塵區，須穿著無塵衣進出。
5. 具食品衛生安全相關知識及經驗。
