(一)、櫃台接待與一般行政事務處理。
(二)、電話接聽、轉接服務與人員接待事項。
(三)、網路、電話訂、退房與控房作業。
(四)、住宿資料登記與客訴處理。
(五)、入、退房結帳作業。
(六)、臨時交辦事項。
