1. 督導及管理服務員工作出勤及工作績效並進行品質監測。
2. 規劃及辦理教育訓練。
3. 與A個管、案家及居服員的聯繫窗口。
4. 定期進行案家家訪、電訪服務。
5. 完成其他主管交辦事項。
