Salary Range

Job Description
1. 年度稽核計劃擬定及執行
2. 內控制度完整、有效性與適當性之檢核與建議
3. 協助子公司與專案稽核
4 法令規範之遵循及公告申報
5.協調整合稽核資源及相關事宜推動。
6.列席董事會及主管機關查核報告。
7.熟悉上市櫃公司各項法令規章及內控循環相關作業。
8.具國際聯合會計師事務所3年以上經驗；或公開發行公司3年以上財會或稽核資歷者佳。
9.具製造業經驗者佳
