1. 住客行前關心，資料登記、房間分配
2. 住客行李的運送
3. 提供住客周遭旅遊資訊
4. 協助餐飲之提供(例如早餐、午茶、晚茶活動)
5. 退房送客並了解住客的意見做即時回報
6. 必要時須協助清房及跨分館支援
7. 電腦操作，住客意見回覆及統計 ，結帳
8. 環境清潔與美化
