1.照顧服務提供
(1)身體照顧服務：包含協助如廁、沐浴、換穿衣服、備餐、餵食、陪同散步、測量血壓等。
(2)家務服務：如代購物品、環境清潔、換洗衣物之洗滌及修補等其他相關服務。
2.填寫居家服務紀錄表單。
