1.負責民宿整體營運管理、達成營運目標
2.維護與提升服務品質、建立良好客關關係
3.處理房務與餐飲相關事務
4.排班與人員管理，安排工作任務
5.招募與培訓新進員工
6.客訴處理與回饋分析，持續優化服務
7.支援專案執行與內部溝通
