1.機構住民臨床照護、協助就醫、緊急應變
2.住民身體評估、擬定照護計畫並執行追蹤照護。
3.接聽家屬電話，提供協助。
4.協助家屬與照服員聯繫溝通、指導照服員臨床照護注意事項
5.品質指標作業、護理評估相關文書作業
6.誠實、熱忱、開朗、愛心、耐心。
7.執行醫師及主管之交辦事項。
