Job Description

1. 將顧客使用之餐具器皿，以餐飲業洗碗機洗滌，烘乾後歸位。
2. 收取廚務備料桶、層車，以洗潔劑及清水沖洗。
3. 盤點餐具、負責洗碗區域的打掃清潔例行工作。
4. 處理洗碗區域的廚餘及垃圾回收。
5. 完成單位內部作業及相關跨部門溝通。
6. 執行主管交辦事項。
