1. 客訴問題分析回饋及報告彚整。
2.原物料異常處理
3. 客戶/供應商/內部稽核.
4. 主導ISO9000內外稽核.
5. 負責文件管理中心之建立與維護，及客戶服務的品保程序之規劃。
6. 負責產品檢驗規劃之制定，以及產品功能之測試與驗證
