Job Description

總務工程師
1.廠區空調、太陽能、電力等工程與設備年度維護保養、修繕管理。
2.專案工程的發包管理、現場施工監管及驗收。
3.建築安全作業管理 。
4.消防及民防相關申報。
5.主管交辦事項。
工作技能-設備維護與營繕工程規劃、水電工程估價詢價
其他條件
1.學習態度佳，有耐心，善溝通具協調能力。
2.對工程工作有熱忱，具採購議價能力。
3.具電腦文書操作能力，可獨立作業。
4.具備廠務工程工進度及品質控管能力。
