1.接受訂位或者是訂房並記錄
2.顧客接待、處理房間安排事宜，如：訂房、排房、進房、退房等。
3.提供當地旅遊諮詢，協助安排旅行計畫、接送等事宜。
4.在當天結束營業前，統計銷售情形、盤點貨品存量及撰寫當日業務報表
5.須配合公司輪值早、晚班
6.櫃檯周邊清潔工作。
7.其他主管交辦事項
