1. 肉品與食材的處理與準備。
2. 準確備料與高效擺盤出餐。
3. 專業操作烤爐與廚房設備。
4. 維持工作區域與環境清潔。
5. 管理食材庫存與先進先出。
6. 遵守食品安全衛生規範。
7. 與外場團隊順暢溝通協作。
8. 完成主管交辦相關任務。
